I want to get Ticket Information like (Responsible , Title, Time , state , & CompanyName) in AgentDashboard.dtl

no i don't need Adds on .... i just want to get Ticket Information in AgentDashboard.dtl like we get companies name on dashobaord ticket section.

you need to develop this, as the module and the template don't give you the data. The add on allows choosing already.

You need to change at least Kernel/Output/HTML/DashboardTicketGeneric.pm and Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl
