I tried too much but not able to find that section ...
And these tickets are printing on Dashboard using the ( AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl ) file can someOne please tell me which section of .pm file given tickets to .dtl..

In which section of the Perl Module file actually given tickets to .dtl file to print tickets on Dashboard. (Escalated tickets , New Tickets .... etc)
I tried too much but not able to find that section ...
