Free fields link seems to disappear after installed ITSM

Hi,

1. I added some dynamic fields by Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewFreeText (system config) in my OTRS Helpdesk version 3.2.3. These fields were all available by the free field link :



2. I installed the ITSM package to the helpdesk version (3.2.3), all work fine but free field link disappeared and now a new link appeared (additionnal ITSM feilds) without my dynamic fields defined.


How to redisplay my free field link to access my dynamics feilds?
I missed something?

Do it again here:

Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewAddtlITSMField

Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketAddtlITSMField###DynamicField
Dynamic fields shown in the additional ITSM field screen of the agent interface. Possible settings: 0 = Disabled, 1 = Enabled, 2 = Enabled and required.

What happens with the free link field, it becomes useless with ITSM?

ViewFreeText screen is no longer used with the ITSM package?

It's still available, just disabled because of enhanced/redundant/replaced functionality in the Additional ITSM Fields.
