Dear all,
I'd like ask you about connecting to external customer data via SOAP, is it possible? I've read OTRS manual but it cannot help me.
For exmaple:
- When create a ticket, the customer will get from external database via SOAP
Anyone know about this? Please show me the way how to config? Or I have to customize?
