I need help in upgrading OTRS 3.0.10 to 3.2.3 under Windows. I have gone through the admin manual and couldn't find anything helpful for Windows users. Can anyone help me with step by step procedure to perform the upgrade.
If its possible to move old data to new installation, please help me those steps. I do need tickets in the old installation to be transferred to the new one.
I have been working on this for the past two weeks, but couldn't find any solution
