We have a problem where when a user selects the queue for the ticket to go in, and then goes back to that field, it then shows the admin queues that we have hidden. Initially, when creating a ticket, those admin queues are hidden, but as soon as the user selects a queue then goes back to that drop down, the admin queues are then visible. Is this a bug or a configuration error?

what version of OTRS?
A Customer can possibly see all queues that are members of the users group (by default) and all groups that are "CustomerGroupsAlwaysGroups" and any CustomerGroups a Customer has been manually assigned.

What is odd, is like I stated, they dont see the queues the first time they hit the drop down menu. Its only after they select a queue and then go back to change it before submitting the ticket.

Also, we dont have customer groups enabled. All users are via LDAP.

The refresh on update will probably ignore that method and get all queues that are members of the users group.

The queues are part of the admin group. That is why I figured they were restricted.
