Import datas into OTRS

Hello everyone,

I am facing this issue: i want to migrate from my old support management based on Excel files to OTRS.

I would like to use TicketCreate method with a web service. I succeeded, but i can't inserted some important informations like ticket create date contained in my Excel file.

How can I do it?

This is not possible.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
