Customer can´t login using ldap

Hello,

Recently we Install OTRS, version 3.2 in a windows server 2008 R2, we used the standar installation with apache and MySQL. And our problem is:
Users can´t login into customer portal, when they try to login are receiving the following error: Session invalid. Please log in again

Cheking the OTRS log I found this error:
