Any way to set default text in the textbox(I don't want to put this value in freetext what makes it a dropdown instead of textbox) while enabling a freekey value from sysconfig.

add javascript to set a value within the dtl.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
