Junk Tickets

Hi,

I am trying to delete some tickets using a generic agent with a job named "Delete Junk Tickets".

Every time I try to run the job I get the following error..

Error Message: Attention: Can't run GenericAgent Job 'Delete Junk Tickets' because no search at[..]

Error Details
Message: Attention: Can't run GenericAgent Job 'Delete Junk Tickets' because no search attributes are used!.

How do I add search attributes? Or should I do something else?

It means what it says. You're not searching on anything, so it doesn't know what tickets you want to delete.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Thanks crythias!!

When I save my generic agent is says the following..

Results
8 Tickets affected! What do you want to do?
Warning: You used the DELETE option. All deleted tickets will be lost!


Then I click "Run job"
Then I get the previous error message from last post.

It has 8 tickets ready to be deleted. I hope I'm not doing anything wrong..

Nah, but I don't have any other information to go on.
