Q: Is there a way to add flags to Notifications?

Hi there,

Is there a way to add custom flags to a header of a notification email?

I am currently setting up a monitoring queue. I have some events that would trigger a notification email send to our monitoring team. Is it possible to tell otrs that it should send the mail with a specific flag attached to the header? (for ex. X-Priority: 1 and X-MSMail-Priority: High).

As they check their mails mostly with mobile devices it would be nice if they could immediatly see if something important happened.

Or is it possible to adjust the sender (name and email-adress) of specific notifications? I just found the global option to change the sender informations.

You can set for each queue a separate sender address.
