Upgrade from 3.2.3 to 3.2.6 Error

I've downloaded the latest release to upgrade, and when I run the installer, it just says "OTRS is already installed" no option to upgrade, just "OK" as an answer. I can't seem to find any answers in here. Any ideas on how to get past this?

FYI, it's on a Windows 2008R2 server.

Yeah, thanks, already been there, and searched here. If you found something helpful, maybe you'd care to share, because I didn't find anything of any use, that's the reason I posted here to begin with.

As I mentioned, I've already spent HOURS searching both google and this forum, I have not found anything that is pertaining to my situation.

There is currently no in-place upgrade tool available for OTRS installations that were done with the Windows Installer. The upgrade process basically consists of backing up the database and the filesystem, uninstalling OTRS, installing the new version, restoring the database and running the upgrade procedure if needed.
