Hi.
I have problem with X-OTRS Headers use in e-mail.
I spent a lot of time with google search and I didn't find answer.
My case:
I would like send email with set X-OTRS headers and by this e-mail automaticly set the
CustomerID and Priority to this email in new Ticket.
I use the following headers:
X-OTRS-CustomerNo: ACME
X-OTRS-Priority: 4 high
I put these to email body with text info and sent to queue email.
Example:
From: customer@acme.com
To: helpme@fqdn.com
Subject: Problem 1
Body:
X-OTRS-CustomerNo: ACME
X-OTRS-Priority: 4 high
I have problem with X-OTRS Headers.
But when OTRS receive this mail does not set the appropriate parameters.
In Queue mail helpme@fqdn.com I have set Trusted to YES.
My questions:
Should I create PostMaster filters ?
If so what ?
What is the syntax X-OTRS headers in email body?
Is the email body a right place to set X-OTRS headers ?
What I doing wrong ?
How to use X-OTRS Headers ?

As the name states the X-OTRS Headers are E-Mail Headers. So they can not be in the Body of an email
