OTRS integration with two different Active Directory Forest

Hi All,
My existing AD is integrated with OTRS and it is working. We are migrating to new AD , for this I want to configure OTRS so that it should integrate with both the active directories.

Can anyone please help ?

you'll just have to configure another backend (like described in the admin handbook)

OTRS 6.0.13/ ITSM 6.0.13

In my Active directory there is no email address mapped to the user.

How to map customer users without email id ?

use a different field. But know that without an email address, the customer can't be contacted, so make sure you don't have any autoresponses attached to your queue and turn off all email related buttons.
