Hi there
can some one help me..
i would like to have the tickets in the dashboard arranged so that they are sorted by last modified.
ie if a customer or agent updated the ticket 10 mins ago i would like this to be above a ticket that hasnt been updated etc.
if there is a way to do this can someone let me know.. it would also be nice to add additional columns with owner and last modified dates if that is possible..
can anyone assist or point me in the right direction.. we are using the latest version otrs 3.2.6 with the itsm module 3.2.4
