SOl{Error of Installation of OTRS 3.2.6-01}

Hy everyone, please i need you help i'm installing otrs 3.2.6-01, when i put in the browser loacalhost/otrs/installer.pl the page no loanding, i got this error:

[Thu May 02 11:41:12 2013] [error] [client x.x.x.x] File does not exist: /var/www/html/otrs

this error i found on /var/log/httpd/error-log.

Please help me.

you need to install OTRS on a "naked" server without running webserver!

Hi,

I think you should have webserver running.

http://localhost should give you your testpage

and you have to configure your webserver to point to otrs directory. INSTALL file will provide any needed information.
