Unable to upgrade package not installed

Hi there

ive just upgraded otrs and needed to upgrade the itsm package. i clicked install / upgrade and the install process started. i then got a message that the packet size wasnt large enough which i was pretty sure it should have been but it had been a while since it was done.

i increased the max packet size and restarted the Mysql service and tried to install again, now i get an error saying its unable to install the itsm package because its not installed,

is there a way to fix this without rolling back to an earlier backup.

some of the itsm packages are installed but obviously not on the latest version.

im using all the latest versions of otrs and itsm (or will be if i can get it to upgrade)

any help would be greatly appreciated as always

check your mysql settings in my.cf regarding max_package_size

Hi,

I'm using the Windows package of OTRS and I've also updated from OTRS 3.2.5 to OTRS 3.2.6 with ITSM 3.2.3. When I try to open the Package Manager in Admin -> System Administration nothing happens. The browser tab is just white with the loading icon. There isn't even a timeout and I waited for 30 minutes. Now I can't update to ITSM 3.2.4 or even reinstall the old ITSM packages.
Another thing I realized is that there are no news on the dashboard.
