Child/Parent ticket views/reports

Hello,

As I know, there is only one screen is AgentTickeZoom to display the relationship child/parent ticket. I would like to ask you:
- Is there any overview or report to display the parents list have child tickets?
- in the screen of AgentTicketZoom, is it possible to view multi sub level of a parent ticket? For ex: A ticket is child of child of parent ticket, then should be display like a tree hierachy of ticket?
