Statistic Menu

I have a problem with my OTRS, I do not know where is my "statistic menu".
How could I fix it?

Do i need add some pack, do you know wich group?

Really, in this case, there is no a group called "statistisc".

What do I have to do for fix it?

I apologize for asking multiple times about your OTRS version. I kept looking at your signature and didn't see it.

First, check in Sysconfig:
Ticket->Core::Stats
has items checked
Check
Framework -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
Frontend::Module###AgentStats
for group required to access. Make sure the module is enabled [x]
Make sure the group exists
Make sure the agents who need membership are ro or rw appropriately in the group.

Sure, i cheked..
Is everythibg as you told.. But the menu does not apeat in the painel.

no. This is core. What was the group assigned to the Frontend::Module###AgentStats?
Does that group exist?
Is your user a part of that group?
Does your user have rw access?

I'd try to run a support check. Look at some logs. Not much else I can do from here.

What I did

I renamed the group stats to Status (and It was the problem)
So.. after you told me to check those ítens,i can fixed It.
