How can i get the stats of

Total Tickets Open and Closed in a month
Total Tickets closed per Agent
Total Tickets per Queue

via the statistik function. But you need to enable user based stats via Sysconfig first
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
