Hi,
I want to able to change ticket type in the AgentTicketMove screen.

Is this possible?
OTRS 3.1.7 on Linux RedHat with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.

no, it doesn't appear to be the case.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
