How to Customize Login Screen of OTRS?

Hi,
A newbie to OTRS.
My boss wants to see otrs login page a bit more colorful. But i m not able to do so.

For now,
1.I just have added a logo(customized one)
2. I have added MOTD(Message of the day)
3. I have added a marquee line at the end(for which even the Font size i m not able to change)

Please Help me to customize OTRS Login Screen in a better way enabling me introduce different options available.

otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent (or Customer)/default or your skin name/css/Core.Default.css or other places (Google Chrome or Firefox are helpful with inspect element).
