Hi,
I wonder if someone will help me. I did use search and tried every single option.
I'm trying to set up default Queue for Customer new ticket. I'm on OTRS 3.019.
Like I said I've already tried several suggestions but so far no luck.
I would appreciate help.

this setting is not available in 3.0 as far as I remember

That's done now.
I have added to: Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration: CustomerTicket Messgae
in "Link" : Action=CustomerTicketMessage;Subaction=StoreNew;Expand=3;Dest=6||Helpdesk
