How can we change de states of a "ITSM change"?
We are testing the "ITSM change" functionality, and we don't be able to change its status.
How can we do it?

this is typically done by rules in the conditions. (Like if all workorders are closed the Change state is successful)

We are evaluating the conditions option, but finally we have found a option on the customizing to put the botton "change state" when edit a change.

The Change Managment is designed to control the state of the change automatically based on rulesets depending on workorders

We are evaluating the needs we have in our company and then maybe we can do well and do not need the button to change the status manually.
