Similarly I want to be able to load ticket information (first article to be more precise) in the ITSM change add screen.
What I want to achieve is to load the first article of an RfC in the change description if the RfC is linked to the change.
Should I use those?

OTRS 3.1.7 on Linux RedHat with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
