EMails werden nicht automatisch abgeholt

Hallo,

seltsamerweise werden neuerdings keine E-Mails mehr automatisch vom hinterlegten Postfach abgeholt. Manuell kann ich über >> Admin > PostMaster-E-Mail-Konten PostMaster-E-Mail-Konten > E-Mails abholen << neue E-Mails abholen. Neue TIckets werden daraufhin erstellt oder bestehende durch Rückmeldungen von Kunden aktualisiert.

Wie kann ich sicherstellen, dass der Cronjob korrekt ausgeführt wird und alle notwendigen Dienste aktiv sind?

cron & crond? Logs?

Wie kann ich sicherstellen, dass der Cronjob korrekt ausgeführt wird und alle notwendigen Dienste aktiv sind?

Wo finde ich diese?

/opt/otrs-3.1.12/var/log/

Dort liegen nur Logs für die Schedules und erstellten Tickets, welche sich seit dem Wochenende nicht verändert haben. Habe jetzt nochmal die Cron.sh neugestartet. Es werden immernoch keine E-Mails automatisch abgeholt. Crontab gibt auch was aus:

Cron.sh habe ich ausgeführt. Ist das der Daemon? Wie kann ich schauen, ob er tatsächlich läuft?
Crontab ist ja schonmal drauf.
