Hi all,
I've migrated 3.1.6 from Windows to the latest version 3.2.7 on Linux and done all the recommendations in UPGRADING. But when I create a new ticket my dropdowns are forever "thinking" (see pic). When I start a new ticket, they're still. As soon as I select the first dropdown they start thinking but they never complete. However, the ticket submits ok without error.
I haven't got my ACLs working either, which is why I've commented them all out for the moment. However I can't figure out what is causing the dropdowns to act in this way.
Any help please?
(SOLVED) Why are my dropdowns acting like this??

Re: Why are my dropdowns acting like this??
I've solved it now. "thirdparty/jquery-pubsub/pubsub.js" was missing from the Agent Framework in Sysconf. This is another repercussion from importing a settings file from an older version of OTRS.
OTRS seems to be extremely hard to manage settings. You either write down every setting change you've ever made OR import the previous settings file when you upgrade and then fix the many configuration errors that break OTRS! Am I right??

Don t know about Windows Version
But all chanches made in SysConf should be stored in /Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm
