Hi,
I updated my OTRS System to OTRS 3.2.8 with the new OTRS-Windows-Installer 3.0.1 on my Windows 2008 Server R2 and everything worked fine in the update process. But now I'm facing two problems:
1. Sometimes my Apache2.2 Server crashes when doing something.
Till now I couldn't figure out when exactly it happens, but it needs a user to do something to crash. The process that crashes is C:\OTRS\Apache\bin\httpd.exe with error code 0xc0000005.
2. When trying to answer a ticket, I get a Internal Server Error.
The text shown doesn't help much it just says "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." I already made changes to the signatures and reassigned the answers to the queues, but both things didn't help.
The log files under C:\OTRS\OTRS\var\log doesn't help neither. Most of the SchedulerERR have a size of 0KB and I can't see anything helpfull in the otrs.txt but if these files would help somebody, I'll provide them.
Any suggestions or does anybody have a idea about fixing it?
