Dear all,
My company has several Business AM (Account Manager) who sales to many customers. Ex: AM X sales to company X1, X2.. - AM Y sales to company Y1, Y2.
Now what they want is notify (via email) to relevant AM, if there is an update (create or close ticket) for that AM's company ticket.
Ex: Company X1 has an incident request, an email will be sent to AM X only. If one ticket of Company Y2 is close, AM Y will be notified.
What I intend to do (on test system) is using Notification (Events) - but the problem is I have to create each event for each company (based on CustomerID). Then each notification will send to appropriate AM via Recipient Agents. I tried to type multiple CustomerID into the field (Ex: X1, X2) but it does not work.
But my concern is that the best way? If we have 30 company customers, we have to create 30 notifications.
Any suggestion for me on this?

not tested but you might try customerA || customerB

Tested. It does not work for neither "CustomerA || CustomerB" nor "CustomerA||CustomerB".

I'm not sure why the sales people aren't agents with notifications enabled anyway.
