Agents are complaining about the pending tickets in their queue list.
I thought this could be changed using the Ticket::ViewableStateType options. I removed the "pending reminder" and the "pending auto" types. Leaving in just "open" and "new". The pending tickets are of both those types. (id 4 and 5 in the types table)
This seems to have no effect however.
Any help would be appreciated...

That's actually a nice feature, I didn't notice this before.
However this is a work around for the problem.
It would be better if the configuration of the ViewableStateType options worked.
Isn't this something other users want? It was one of the first things agents complained about when implementing OTRS. When a ticket is pending to close there is no need to pay attention to the ticket.

I don't know. Most of us hang out in the dashboard, where this is already handled for us. I almost never go to queue view or status view.Seymore wrote:Isn't this something other users want?
