Hi,
Is it possible to have the Follow up notification go to the agent responsible only.
If I select the follow up notification and add the queue to my queues, all agents get the follow up notification.

Notifications will be sent as you've described unless/until the ticket is locked, then only owner/responsible will receive notifications per preferences/My Queues.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
