for new email tickets we enter all necessary information by using dynamic fields. That's why we actually don't need the first email text message.
May I ask, where I can define a default text, which will be shown automatically while I create a new email ticket? If it's only possible through hard coding, which file do I have to edit to achieve this?

Not sure if I understand exactly but are you looking to edit the email that goes out after a ticket is created? If so, that is in the Auto Responses. Hope that helps.
