OTRS 3.2.9 Windows Installer 3.0.1 not working on Windows 7

Hello everyone
I have an Hyper-V Virtual Machine with Windows 7 pro 32 bit - clean installation
I have OTRS Windows installer 3.0.1
After a succesfull installation of activeperl and OTRS Windows installer I need to proceed with the web installer at localhost/otrs/install.pl but I get a Blank Page.

I have read all the articles of this forum regarding related problems, is there anyone with the same problem here?

I was able to get 3.2.9 with the 3.0.1 installer working on Windows Server 2008 \ IIS 7.5 \ MS SQL Express \ Windows Task scheduler instead of CRONw all working.

If you are stuck with a blank screen when clicking on the web installer it is down to permissions.

Give IUSR read and write to C:\OTRS and C:\Perl.

Nop, that was not the problem.
Full Read/Write on otrs and perl folders and I still get the blank page when trying to access the installer . pl

What do the logs say? The OTRS log on windows is at <OTRS_HOME>/var/log/otrs.log. Where the webserver log is depends on the webserver.

Yep, Manual installation is the only way right now.
Have tried the windows installer all versions with Windows XP and Windows 7 and there is issues like cronw not starting (Bug already Fixed), Blank Page is still an issue and the httpd.exe process crashing all the time.

With the manual installation all those problems are gone.
