[SOLVED] ViewAddtlITSMField on customer side

To put the impact on the AgentViewPhoneNew, we activated the option on the Agent ViewAddtlITSMField. We would do the same on the customer side. It's possible? We don't found the option on the customer side.

Impact is not available on customers side
