What is "State Historic" in the reporting (stats) module. Seems it is not documented anywhere?
When/how to use it?

thats a state which was assigned to the ticket but not necessarily is the actual state
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
