Hello guys,
I'm posting this one that might be very simple but I could not find an answer in the forum. I created a process ticket and need to give users right to view the ticket in any of the queue so the can track it, however only if I assign them right permission they can see the ticket. another thing I would appreciate I someone can explain me a little bit how to use the permission feature in the Activity Dialog properties.
