Hi everyone,
I'm having troubles using X-Headers to open new tickets by email.
I have set up a PostMaster Mail Account and I can successfully fetch emails. I have set the flag "Trusted" to "YES" and I'm trying to open a ticket sending an email using Linux Sendmail setting the headers X-OTRS-Type, X-OTRS-Queue and X-OTRS-Service.
When the email is received the ticket is created but the X-Headers aren't used.
I checked in the email client before fetching the message in OTRS and I can see the X-Headers, but when I check the "Plain Format" Article inside the ticket the X-Headers are gone (deleted by OTRS?!?!).
Can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong?

Is there at least a log where I could check if OTRS is deleting the X-Headers?
