Hi-
I recently added an LDAP connection for customers. Prior to this I had customers in the backend database. There are not some customers that are in both LDAP and backend with the same username. How do I get OTRS to use the LDAP info and not the backend info.

change the username.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
