Greetings,
We (and our custumer) are looking for a way to print several or all tickets at once from customer interface. It's possible to export all (but only info & status of tickets, without ticket topic or content) or print (export to pdf) one ticket at once.
Could we expect OTRS will provide this option soon? Or is it somehow already possible? We can make an sql to extract all open tickets from database to excel document, but our customer can't do the refresh of this data alone, except if we open database ports on the firewall to them which of course is not acceptable for security reasons.

Use the search with output to csv.

search with output to CSV gives only info & status of tickets, without ticket topic or content. Is it somehow possible to include both topic and contents of ticket in this export?
