Hi all,
I have just installed and setup OTRS 3.2.9 on a Windows Server 2008.
Everything works fine, the only issue I'm having is with the auto fetch mail. OTRS has been configured using a POP account, if i click on fetch mail manually it works fine. However the automatic fetching is not working. It looks like cron jobs are not working, however I don't know anything about this. Can anyone guide me through this.
Any help is highly appriciated.

I discovered that crontab.txt file is empty, looks like cron4win32 is not doing its job any ideas how to fix this?
