Event notification Text area font how to change??

plaintext does not use a defiend font.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

as this notification does not use Rich Text you can not change any formatting
