How to add a new column in ticket zoom

Post by free03 »

Hi all,

How to add a new column ( "TO" column) after the "from" column that would display information on the recipient of an email sent?
(see picture attachment)

Thank you

Éric

What would be the practical purpose in TicketZoom?

In some cases we want to know to whom we sent (or Forwarded) an email.
Example:
In some cases a ticket can list more than 30 articles in ticketZoom.
In this list, there may be several different recipients. I want to read what I sent to a certain person (recipient) in history articles.
I remember the name of the recipient to whom I send the email.
So seeing the name of the recipient of an article (in "TO" column) I can quickly find the article in the list to see what I had written for a certain person.

Currently I have no way to see to whom I sent an email by looking at the list of articles.
