Hide New Phone/Email Ticket from Tickets menu

Hello,

I want to hide the hide the New Phone/Email Ticket links from the agent interface Tickets menu. Could anyone tell me how?

Change the groups in SysConfig...

Admin -> SysConfig

Group: Ticket
Subgroup: Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration

Config options
Frontend::Module###AgentTicketPhone
Frontend::Module###AgentTicketEmail
