I'm new this forum and justed started to work with OTRS. As I have to add some functionality to our existing environment and I have not that much of a clue, it would be great if someone could give me some advice.
So, what I have to do is to send an email to the person who is responsible for a ticket. That should happen one month after the ticket has been set to "closed successful".
As this might sound a bit weird, let's give you some more information why I have to do that.
In our organisation we have a special kind of supporter team. This team helps out employees by teaching them knowledge they need for specific kinds of work. To get such help the employees have to create a ticket in OTRS. This ticket will be assigned to one of the supporters who will then help the employee. After the knowledge transfer the ticket will be closed.
So far, so good, but the company wants to know whether the knowledge transfer actually helped the employee to complete his task successfully. For that reason, the supporter should get back to the employee after a month the ticket has been set to "closed successful" and ask him about that. To remind the supporter to do that I have to implement an email reminder for the supporter. I hope that makes sense:-)
If anyone has ever done something like that or knows how to accomplish this, please let me know.
