Hi, everyone
I use OTRS 3.2.10 installed on linux ubuntu, apache2 server and mySQL
i have customers creating new tickets trhu the customer portal, after creating a new ticket the customer get an email via "autoresponse-queue"
The agents closes the tickets and attach a file "but the customer can't see the details when close neither the attached file"
is this normal? or i have misscofigured something?
I hope anyone can help!!

"close" defaults to note-internal (agent only). Use a note but use SysConfig to allow Next State and default note-external. OR use a reply with next state chosen as closed.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

in sysconfig i set the option "Note-external" from 0 to 1 in the Aget ticket view close
