Customers and Companies not showing on Dashboard for Agent
I have the Customers and Companies tab showing to all our agents. But somehow one of the agent can not longer view these two tabs. Are there any settings for this to get it to appear for that agent? Thanks.

Group membership is usually a factor.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks, I found the issue. I was changing the group settings for other things and it somehow affected this agent's setting. It is fixed now. Thanks.
