Hello,
I am wondering whether OTRS has the following functionality (or whether it is possible to add it)
I am looking to set up a centralised helpdesk for my company. However each departments handles various requests each with different information that needs to be captured.
Is it possible to make a ticket structure that supports this? i.e. if the ticket is an IT request it will ask for computer information, whereas a warehouse request will ask for package information?
I have played around a little bit and managed to get different optional fields to show and hide depending on the service type. Is this the best way to do this, or is there a better way that I am missing?
