Error Message: Need TicketID!

Post by alonso5 »

Hello all,

we have an important issue with OTRS after the File System in which it's installed became full. Every time we try to créate a new ticket we have the following error:

Error Message: Need TicketID!
Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Fri Nov 15 11:33:36 2013 Message: Need TicketID! Traceback (30874): Module: Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleCreate (v1.311.2.2) Line: 120 Module: Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketPhone::Run (v1.43.2.1) Line: 1900 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.64) Line: 868 Module: ModPerl::ROOT::ModPerl::Registry::opt_otrs_bin_cgi_2dbin_index_2epl::handler (unknown version) Line: 46 Module: (eval) (v1.90) Line: 204 Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::run (v1.90) Line: 204 Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::default_handler (v1.90) Line: 170 Module: ModPerl::Registry::handler (v1.99) Line: 31 System information: OTRS 3.1.7

Do you have any idea what could be the root problem?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Regards,

Alonso R.

Assuming this is on the web browser screen, what do the logs say?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi Crythias,

the logs said the same error. However we have just completed a checking of the database and we have repaired some corrupted tables. Now the application works.

We still have some "OTRS-CGI-10 Item not found in database" errors, but I hope there are not so important.

Thank you for your respond.
