Hi there

we have just upgraded to 3.3.1 and love the new features...

i would like to change the default agent dashboard so that it automatically shows all the tickets instead of the 25 maximum... not sure where this is to be changed but would like every ticket in both new and open to be displayed. ie 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 500 no that we should have this many but i dont believe unlimited is an option.

i also would like the columns i add to the open ticket area to be applied to all the agents.. ie when the ticket was last updated and the owner details can be added by the little cog icon for this window. i need to know how i can make this a default display for all users rather then telling them to make a series of changes to be able to see this data.

can anyone help with this...
