Hi team!
Pls help me:
Nobody from agents (except Owner and Responsible) can add notes to locked tickets, even Admin OTRS!

Any solutions?

check sysconfig for the Add Note Screen.

yeah..check th sysconfig>ticket>frontend:agent::viewnote
you may want to disable require lock.
